PART 1

Mt 9:20  And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: 21  For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

While Christ walked this earth, there was a woman with a very serious disease. This disease had haunted the woman for year, and there was nothing she could do about it. She had tried many times to be cured by doctors, but nothing could be done.

One day as the Christ was walking by the woman saw her opportunity!. If Only she could touch the hem of His garment, surely she would be healed.

Any friend that may have been with the woman, was soon forgotten. All the woman cared about was to be healed and she finally found the one that could heal her and she wasn’t missing out.

PART 2

Heb 11:6  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

How does this story relate to you? You have been unsaved for too long now. Like this woman you are plaqued with the disease of sin. Are you like this woman? Are you seeking God to be cured from your sins?

Perhaps you have tried many of your own ways thinking that you’ll find your own way to heaven. Maybe you’re thinking “well I’m not too bad, so God will let me in”

The woman thought something like this as well. She tried and tried her own ways to find a cure, but nothing would work. Then she finally found the one that could save her. The Saviour! Surely the Saviour can save you too.

The woman found something she wanted and went for it. You will never be saved if you do not really want it. You need to be like the woman. Realize you’re lost condition, realize you’re need and then run to the only one who can save you.. – The Lord Jesus Christ.

  PART 3

Rev. 20: 11 ¶  And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

15    And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

 But there is another option for you as well.

 If that woman had of disregarded the Saviour as He walked by, she would have still had the disease, she would have died with the disease.

 The Saviour is offering you eternal life today, are you going to pass him by? How ridiculous it would have been for that woman to just forget about it.

 People today are rejecting the Saviour. Do they not realize their danger? Do you realize? If you do not get saved you will be lost forever.

 As the woman, now is the time to reach out to the Saviour. Now is the time to trust the Saviour. You are a sinful creature deserving hell for all eternity. But that’s why Christ died!. 

Lay hold of the Saviour today, do not put off salvation any longer.

 For as you have read in the verses here in Part 3. There is a time when all the unsaved will stand before God, and they will be cast into the Lake of Fire.

 Hell is for eternity. Do not land there. Trust the Saviour today, be saved from hell and have a home in Heaven forever.
